Instructions for E-Poster Presentations

DEADLINE TO UPLOAD YOUR E-POSTER ON THE SYSTEM: AUGUST 7, 2020
All accepted e-posters are required to be prepared according to the below instructions and to be uploaded on the system accordingly with the above given deadline.

WHAT WILL MY E-POSTER LOOK LIKE?
You should create and submit your e-poster as a 1-page PPTx-file in portrait orientation. A sample template and instructions to prepare the e-poster are given below. It will be shown as a .pdf file on the virtual platform. (The platform will automatically convert your .pptx poster into a .pdf file once uploaded).

Please note that a chat window will be permanently open for every e-poster through which participants would be able to ask their questions. The chat window is available from the e-poster upload screen. To see chat from fellow participants and to answer them please enter the e-poster upload area using your token. Chat can be sent in two ways:
1. In private, only to the poster presenter. Here only the poster presenter and the participant corresponding with them will see the chat.
2. To all participants. Here any participant who visits the poster will see the chat.
The chat is available at all times, including before and after the Conference.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PREPARING YOUR E-POSTER FILE
Please make sure to save your final e-poster as a PPTx file before uploading. A sample power point template with right dimensions and recommended font sizes can be found through the below button:

Please follow the following technical requirements to prepare your e-poster:
• File format:PPTx only
• Poster size in pixel: 1080 width x 1536 height – portrait orientation
• Poster size in cm: 38,1 width x 54,2 height – portrait orientation
• Font size: ≥16
• You may use any logos / visuals and colour the backgrounds and fonts as per your preference.

UPLOADING YOUR E-POSTER ON THE SYSTEM
The system link to upload your e-poster will be shared via e-mail.
Please prepare your e-poster file accordingly with the given instructions until then, and after the link is shared, you can simply connect to the website and upload your e-poster.
